In 2019 our amateur film crew first traveled across the Kanto region to document the lives of foreigners living in Japan. The selection process was initially difficult.

Eventually, through a connection with one of our film crew members, we were put in touch with a long time resident of Japan, Christian Traylor. Christian invited us to witness the truly unique, challenging, and at times disturbing relationships between the dynamic personalities living together in the most captivating house we could have hoped to gain access to. What we were able to film was a view of life in Japan rarely seen.
